erikjonesart: Erik Jones / Paragon / 2012 This was an experiment using 18”x24” clear overlay film. There were 6 separate sheets used to create one piece (Inspired by stacked layers in Photoshop). Each layer had something different on it. There are 2 line layers, a blue layer, a yellow/green layer which lays on top of the face, a black/pink/blue/yellow drippy line layer, and a color rub layer (colored smudges). These layers incorporate a mixture of mediums including acrylic, water-soluble wax pastel and archival inkjet ink.
